Add bleed
Extend artwork past the trim edge so a small shift in cutting never shows white paper.
Keep text inside the safe area
Important type and logos should sit comfortably inside the trim.
Use images at print resolution
Screen-sized images look soft on paper. Send the originals where you can.
Send the fonts and links
Or supply a PDF. We check and double check every file either way.
